TouFa Wig Dryer — Return & Refund Policy

We want every TouFa Wig Dryer order to arrive correctly and in good condition. Please review the following policy before purchasing.

Returns

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

For change-of-mind returns, the TouFa Wig Dryer must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all included accessories.

All returns require prior approval. Products returned without authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Visible shipping damage or receipt of an incorrect item must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Customers must provide:

* Order number
* Clear photos and/or video showing the problem
* A description of the issue

Claims will be reviewed and verified before a remedy is provided.

After verification, TouFa may provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or other remedy as required by applicable law.

Change-of-Mind Returns

Approved change-of-mind returns are accepted within the 14-day return period.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Any original shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

For change-of-mind returns, we may refuse products that have been:

Used, damaged after delivery, altered, modified, returned without original packaging, or returned without included accessories.

Refunds

Returned products will be inspected after they are received.

If the return is approved, the applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Bank and payment-provider processing times may vary after a refund has been issued.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests submitted before an order has been processed or shipped will be reviewed.

Once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, the applicable return procedure will apply.

Warranty

The TouFa Wig Dryer is not sold with an additional product warranty.

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection laws.
